Wednesday’s Wishes

There is nothing in life more powerful than a wish and a dream. Wishes come true for those who can see past the hardship, stresses, disappointments, and pain that we face in life. It’s simply the thoughts that dance around in our minds and the words that we allow to protrude out of our mouths that are the deciding factor of our success. Some believe wishing is for suckers, but not so; expecting is, in essence, hoping for or having faith in something that would not typically occur.

That means wishing is your covert operation of faith that won’t allow your dreams to die or your lifelong hopes that continue to flourish even in the face of adversity. Wishes are built on a person’s strongest desire and hunger for the absolute highest achievement that would not usually come to fruition without a craving to win. You don’t just wake up one day and become a Doctor, an Engineer, or even a Self-Made Millionaire. Wishes are dreams on steroids, which we feed every day of our life with dedication, commitment to excellence, and tenacity.

That’s correct; your most sought-after wish must include at least these four components.

*A desire to please God
*A purpose for your dream
*Someone to share it with
*A legacy to impart

If you can get those four things, your wishes and dreams can become a reality and continue to live on even when you are gone.
