Monday’s are God’s way of saying “You get a do-over”

Mondays might appear like the dreaded day back to work, but it’s actually another opportunity to implement what you’ve learned the week before, and to do it with excellence. Colossians 3:23 says- “whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men”. When you think about it in that vein, you feel more of a compulsion to honor God through your hard work, and thanking him for allowing you another opportunity to live, and to expand your horizon.

Sometimes it’s easy to forget that it’s a blessing to have another chance to be productive or to exemplify your gifts and talents. Therefore, utilizing every moment of your life to make something greater, or in some cases, better is the key to winning the heart of God. When we become entitled, then we also become stagnant.

If you change your approach toward Mondays to thanking God for another opportunity, then your horizon will become more pliable, and your job or career will suddenly emerge as a blessing and not a burden.

Happy Monday, and be Blessed!!!

You will find yourself when you find your gratitude. Graceson Ellison
